Indications
- Hemorrhage an infected abscess into a single lung requiring isolation

Operating room setup
- DLT with appropriately chosen size

- Syringes 3mL (bronchial cuff) and 10mL (tracheal cuff)

- Consider tooth guard to prevent shearing tracheal balloon during placement
