			# Create a practice group for your hospital/institution if one does not exist already. You can see our [[WikiAnesthesia:Practice groups guide\|practice group guide]] here for more general information about how to create and manage a practice group as well.
			# Create a dashboard page. This serves as your "home page". The home page can be formatted however you wish, and can be the place that all members of your hospital click on to find their most important information. For example, you may choose to set up a table with a list of your call guides and rotation guides, or have 1 section that links to all door codes, or have a section that links to a roster of all residents and their contact information.
			# Once you decide how you want your dashboard to look, you can create articles within your practice group. This is where the meat of each article will live. To do this, click on "Articles" in the menu and then "Create new article". Under "Choose who can create or edit this article", select your practice group.
			## Note that if you want to link to a PDF, Word document, or other file, you do have the option of uploading it to the WikiAnesthesia server and linking to it. Documents should not include PHI or other sensitive information. A workaround is to house the file in a secure location (e.g. institution's shared drive) and then put a link in WikiAnesthesia to that document.
